Our Top Stockists Use These Features On The Rayell Website


Running a business is stressful enough, so we wanted to show you a few tips to get the most out of the Rayell website to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. Our website has some great features to help you, here are a few:






1. Saving Product Images



We often get asked to send through images for products, but did you know you can save them straight from the product listing?

You can download a named, hi-res photo in a matter of clicks!


All you need to do is find the product on our website and click to open up the product page.

Click on the image you wish to download, right click and press ‘Save image as’








You will then be able to download and save the image to your computer!




2. Filter To Show 'In Stock' Products



As you probably know, stock is scarce amongst wholesalers at the moment as we are all trying to get product from overseas in the middle of a pandemic! If you are just interested in only seeing what you can order right now and you don’t want to see stock that is potentially coming back, we have a nifty filter on our website for you. 


When you are surfing our site you can scroll down to a header that is located on the left-hand side of the page called ‘FILTER BY STOCK’





Just check the button to say ‘In stock’ and the page will refresh to show you only the products that you can buy straight away! 


If you change to a different category on the website be sure to check the box again as it will revert to show you the normal view.







3. Notify Me



Stock is moving FAST at the moment! To help us gauge interest and to help you if there is a restock,

we have a ‘Notify Me’ function on our site.

Click the button and pop in your email address, that way IF this product comes back, you will be automatically notified!


It is important to note that we do not always restock items that have a ‘notify me’ button on them. The more interest is shown in a product, the more likely it will return.






4. Arrival Date


If we have reordered a product and have an arrival date, we will update the product to reflect this.

Just look for the ‘Coming Back’ badge and the date of return.

These dates are approximate and get updated regularly as we hear from our suppliers.


5. Pay Outstanding Invoices


Pay any outstanding invoices with ease through your account online.

Once you are logged in, click my account and ‘Pay Invoices Online’






This will show you any outstanding amounts and let you pay online with your card!
